National Gun Violence Awareness Day
Each year, the Connecticut gun violence prevention coalition has held a #WearOrange March and Rally in Newtown, Connecticut on June 2nd on National Gun Violence Awareness Day.
Parkland Rising:
The national live streaming premiere of Parkland Rising is on June 2, 2020. Many stepped up to #EndGunViolence after Newtown but a new generation of brave new leaders changed the conversation on gun violence after Parkland.

#WearOrange 2020:
Due to COVID-19 pandemic, we are not able to rally and march in person in Newtown, Connecticut on National Gun Violence Awareness Day.
